Christmas Eve Independence
Grafton enjoyed his third Christmas Eve at Nana and PopPop's house, with Baba, Grandpa, Jake, Sophie, and Jenya. He played extensively with Jake, although I can't really say what he was doing, since I was not invited. For the most part, Grafton actively ignored his Dad today! I guess this is part of growing up.

It's great to watch the growing love relationship between Grafton and Jake. He's like a big uncle to Grafton and to watch him teach, preach, play and embrace Grafton like the brother he doesn't have is really special. He asks about "Sophie-Jake" on a regular basis and is always so excited when he knows they're coming to visit.
